Health-Related Policies and Information
Trivium Academy offers a combination of physical education classes and recess in elementary school and physical education classes or athletics in middle and high school to engage students in the amount and level of physical activity required by Tex. Educ. Code § 28.002(1).
Trivium Academy has adopted and enforces policies to ensure our school complies with vending machine and food service guidelines to restrict student access to vending machines.
Trivium Academy has adopted and enforces policies and procedures which penalize the use of tobacco products by students and others on school grounds or at school-sponsored or school-related activities.
Parents, you may require in writing your child’s physical fitness assessment results at the conclusion of the school year.

Superintendent Salary
As required by law, Trivium Academy must post the annual salary of the superintendent which is $100,000 for school year 2024-2025.
