Enrollment for Admitted New Students
Enrollment of new students for the 2022-23 school year is being conducted in person. Upon acceptance of an open spot, the enrollment forms will be emailed to the new student’s parents/guardians. Once the forms have been completed, a document verification meeting will be scheduled.
The verification of the following documentation is required. Please bring the original and a copy of these items to the scheduled document verification time which will be communicated via email to complete your child's enrollment.
Student's Birth Certificate
Proof of Residency (utility bill)
Student's Social Security Card
Parent/Guardian’s Drivers License
Immunizations Record
Please note: Incomplete paperwork will not be accepted. Copies cannot be made for you at the document verification because of our temporary location, so please plan ahead to have all of the necessary paperwork with you when you arrive. At the time of registration, you must be able to provide a proof of residence for one of the school districts within our boundaries: Allen, Carrollton-Farmers Branch, Frisco, Lewisville, Little Elm, Lovejoy, McKinney, Plano, or Prosper ISD.
In addition, if you have any paperwork for special programs such as Special Education, 504, Gifted and Talented, etc, it would be helpful for planning purposes for you to send that to our Director of Special Populations, Libby DeLeon, at libby.deleon@triviumacademytx.com.
Registration for Returning Students
Registration for returning students is conducted online. Please reference the following documents to complete registration for the 2021-22 school year. You will use the same login for the Ascender Parent Portal that you used for txConnect.
